We manufacture hi-tech machineries for producing DETERGENT BARS. The machineries specialize in producing high graded quality Detergent Bars with a production capacity of upto 6 Tons per hour.
The mixing process is carried out in the Double Sigma Mixer. The mixed mass from the Double Sigma Mixer is fed to a Refining Plodder followed by a Duplex Finishing Plodder. The 'Continuous Bar' extruded by Duplex Finishing Plodder is cut into 'Cut Bars' of pre-fixed lengths by Rotary Cutters. The 'Cut Bars' are manually fed to a Cutting-cum-Embossing Machine to obtain Cut & Embossed 'Cakes'. Electronic Cutting cum Embossing Machines is also available for high capacity lines.
The 'Cakes' are wrapped by Wrapping Machine (after ageing). The Wrapped Cakes are further packed in Cartons (Shippers) and transferred to Finished-goods Warehouse for storage and despatch.
